Aleesha could be recognized as the most effective female bodybuilder professional during the second half of 2010. Aleesha was born in 1984 to an athlete family. Her siblings and father played ice-hockey, but her dad was a bodybuilder. Aleesha has been involved in a variety of sports like basketball, soccer and softball. Aleesha received her pro card in 2014 following her win at her first NPC USA Championships. She first began competing in the year 2008. In 2014 she also competed in the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and was placed 9th. Her finish was ninth for the year 2015. In the years 2015 and 2016, Aleesha placed sixth in her final IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. As she continued to improve, Aleesha won her first professional show in 2019 when she won the Chicago Pro Championships. The most impressive performance of Aleesha was during WOS The Phoenix Rising in 2020. She finished 4th, which was her top finish. However, the "World's toughest mother" was forced to take a break because of her health.
